Great customer service, even better coffee.I ordered a couple of bags via a Facebook forum. I commented on the forum about my order, only to be contacted by Guy from A&C, saying he was including an additional bag as he felt it might meet my expectations.He was dead right!3 very different coffees now with very different flavour profiles - but each matched their descriptions, and each absolutely delicious.They arrived promptly and freshly roasted (with suggestions on recommended degassing times), and not for silly money.Difficult to find any kind of fault, and I would absolutely recommend giving them a go.

Excellent coffee and brilliant customer service.I've tried a number of different roasters in the Manchester area over the years and the beans from Abe & Co are superb. The El Cabro is my current favourite with the Cafelat Robot.Also geat service from Guy. I contacted him when the Shop app was showing delivery, but the order hadn't arrived yet. He even offered to meet up to deliver personally! The beans did arrive so all was well.

I cannot praise this company enough.A++After a quick email to Guy explaining my monthly coffee subscription had not arrived yet, a new batch was resent that day for next day delivery . Which arrived early next day , only to find followed behind was the original batch. I explained what happened and I was allowed to keep the original coffee. I have only recently discovered Abe & Co. Coffee Roasters. The coffee selection is just perfect for me, and Guy is happy to tweak the grind of the beans for my AeroPress. I like being able to support a small local independent roaster.

I love the coffee we buy from Abe & Co! Been a customer for well over a year now and we receive repeatedly and consistently great coffee that is very well described on the website to help me choose what we like. I also really like knowing about the producers and the stories behind each product, which is clearly given on the website. However, what makes Abe & Co different from other producers in my experience is the personal touch (such as a hand-written note from Guy with a delivery to say thank you) that makes me feel part of a family and that I am purchasing something I love (ie: good coffee) from someone/a company that shares my love; in short, I love their why" they do it and the fact the coffee is consistently some of the best I have bought over the past ten years or so means I will keep coming back.
