Not impressed. Today I found the salon to be an unfriendly and painful experience. I came for an eyebrow wax, waited nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time and after confirming I wanted waxing, not threading (as I found threading painful) the lady waxed then heavily threaded my eyebrows. Threading over and over newly waxed skin was horrendous. I assumed as shed already waxed and I'd specified I waxed to avoid threading it would be brief; I was wrong. I did pull away at one point during some of the threading and said it hurt. She then plucked my eyebrows a lot.Usually when I've had my eyebrows waxed they get the basic shape then do some light touching up with tweezers but here I had my eyebrows waxed, heavily threaded and then plucked to the point I left with both eyebrows bleeding a little. This has never happened before and I will not be returning again.

I have come to Hosh many times and staff are always so warm and polite. On this occasion I was seen by Cannan who was so lovely and attentive. She was so thorough when doing my Brazilian wax and upper lip threading. Thankyou!

Always have such a wonderful experienced every time I go to Hosh. Had my roots and balayage highlights done my Gul. She done an amazing job. Very professional approach and such a warm welcoming from all the staff there.

Very friendly stuff and relaxing atmosphere! I had my Hollywood waxing today, Canan was very friendly and professional, she made me feel at ease from the beginning. I also had that kind of treatment with Alev in the past, very professional and wonderful as well!

The first time I visited this place and I am happy. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. I was offered tea/coffee on arrival. Staff is very polite. I was served by Lina, who was very nice and friendly. I will defo come back. Thank you

Been there a few times already and every time it have been amazing! Very friendly, chatty staff. It's the first place I've been to where the hairdresser knew how to cut and style curly hair. Fantastic.

PLEASE AVOID THIS SALON- my root colour was an absolute disaster, crazily mismatched to the rest of my hair. It looks TERRIBLE. Hosh redid it immediately, but managed to mess it up the second time, looked just as bad to be honest.I have brown hair with slightly copper undertones. My root colour is BRIGHT RED - brightest imaginable red.Furthermore, my scalp was really irritated by the hair dye being done twice in one morning, so came out in sores the following day. Currently my scalp is completely flaking off, leaving me with horrendous dandruff.Terrible experience. Hosh have offered me a facial, but obviously I have no confidence in returning there - I would like them to cover the cost of having my hair corrected, which they have refused to do.

I had the worst haircut of my life here. The hairdresser was rude, did not listen to what I wanted and assumed she knew best, and yet the final haircut was too short and also totally uneven, massive chunks of my hair were literally finishing at different levels. Atrocious.

Best clinic in London amazing staff. Great service and good prices. Use them always recommend
