I had a great experience with skills network, I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and I had a great support from my tutor and support advisor. The content of the course was great and in comparison to a friend who's have been doing the same course face-to-face I can say that it's even more complete. The course platform also was easy to follow up.

Finished course in January….and that’s about it. My work has not been moderated and the promise of an interview has not materialised. It feels like they get you through the door to obtain govt funding and then forget about you.

Absolutely abysmal customer service... This is my second course with TSN and both times, the level of communication has been shocking. The first time around I was given my LSA's details, only to be told by her that it wasn't her, to which TSN turned around and said that it WAS her. This time around, I haven't received a welcome call (they emailed me saying I could phone them, but surely the whole point of a welcome call is for the organisation to call YOU), sent an email 3 weeks ago explaining my circumstances and asking for an extension, haven't had a reply. I haven't even been given my learning support assistant's details this time around. It's disgraceful.

I am currently studying a level 2 counselling course through TSN.I was told (as with other reviews) I'd have a tutor to help me but so far since starting I have had zero support from any tutor or otherwise, despite asking. My first assessment got marked almost 3 weeks after submission as I was told all the tutors" were on annual leave.I was told by Ben at TSN to email him with the help I needed for my next assignment and he'd "pass it on to the relevant people". That was over a week ago and my next assignment is due in 2 days. Why do I have to deal with a middle man and not the course tutors directly? (If there are any).Have emailed TSN to cancel the course as it's just not worth."

Very bad experience. Course was stretched and time consuming. Repeating same questions 10 time just to make the course longer then repeating them again in the end of unit assessment. Communication is very very weak. I finished my course on July and still waiting my certificated. I have sent 10 emails but no one answers. I was told by my school to take that course and I thought skills network is an accredited organisation but I found nothing on their profile. I am really regretting the time I spent on that course.

Overpriced. low quality course content. The course was a waste of time. Ironically wasted £600 on an accounting course. Assessments questions are repeated a few times. The advert mentioned unlimited support from qualified tutor" after calling I was informed I wouldn't get a tutor. Don't waste your money

I have no idea if im on the right track with my work. I was told I can get help easily as I have some conitive disfunction from my health and have tried ringing up for support a few times with no success, I just get told we are not here for all kinds of help but just want to understand how to answer some questions so im not wasting my time and fail... I like the platform apart from the material of the courses are not great, alot of repeated questions. Also submitted my first module 11 days ago and still no feedback which I was desperate for so I could get an idea if im on the right track as I keep getting rejected for any support.

Very long waiting time to get a feedback for my last two modules, especially for the Business and Administration Course...when they send questions back to modify, I need to do them all over again, because it says describe" or "explain" in the questions. Will I even use what I have learnt in this course on a daily basis

The tutor was good at supporting outside of the online learning hours and that is the only good thing I have to say about the skills network all 3 stars are for the tutor and nothing else. There's minimal career support after and they fail to mention that unless you secure an interview and the company you interview with manage to find time to mess around emailing the skills network to confirm the interview they keep hold of your certificate. Basically if you don't manage to get an interview then all of the hard work you put into the course is for nothing
