McConnell Shoes

Asked to write a review of some shoes I ordered precisely one week ago which haven't arrived yet. Turns out they're now £14 cheaper. Hard to write a review of shoes that haven't arrived. And supremely annoying to have the new cheaper price pointed out to me by the very email that's courting my review of the full price shoes I am still waiting for.

Great service from Jill when getting my Loakes. Searched everywhere for them and when I found they had them, she kindly arranged to hold them for me until I could arrange to pick them up. Top class.

Such a very helpful and kind business. My grandchildren are in desperate need of new shoes but as you are all aware with Covid-19 i was unable to take them to the local shop to get measured and couldn't get a gauge on line for love nor money. Then i came across McConnell's lending service. What a fantastic and brilliant idea. I ordered the gauge, paying a small deposit, refundable upon return of itemThe gauge arrived promptly, it was very clean and in impeccable.condition.I now have the measurements for my grandchildren and will be ordering new shoes very soon. It has been a pleasure to shop with this business and i will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend them to friends and family .

I bought shoes for my daughter before Christmas, delivery was very fast.The leather in parts of the shoes was faulty, the customer service were excellent. They contacted the manufacturer to determine if there was a wider issue, they offered me a full refund on the basis I returned the faulty shoes. They provided a returns label and also sent me details of the nearest collection point.I will definitely purchase shoes online again.
