I've been very impressed with the levels of service from the team at Duplia, they're really easy to talk to, very attentive and focused on offering help and advice. The transition to the new software has been really smooth and we now have a long term solution to our storage issues and help on hand should we need it.

A new review to add to the below: We just bought some more gear from Duplia - the kit is great and the support has been exceptional. Again.Excellent gear arrived all ready to go. Phone support absolutely faultless. You could save some money by buying all the components and setting it all up yourself but you'd have zero support and waste hours in the process. We are a video production company handling very large and bandwidth hungry files. We needed additional and upgraded RAIDED storage on 10GbE in a hurry. Michael and the team at Duplia suggested several different solutions but their recommended one was the Synology 1621xs+ with 6 drives preconfigured as a RAID6 array. They offered cheaper solutions but their rcommended system offered the perfect blend of functionality and future expansion as a 10GbE NAS in a shared workspace. They built and preconfigured the box with the RAID ready to go and all tested within 3 days. I was able to plug it straight in and was up and running in 5 minutes. Duplia were professional, knowledgeable and focussed on meeting our needs, and they delivered. 5 start customer service from a great team that I recommend to anyone in the video production industry.
