Postpartum Apothecary

My experience with Postpartum Apothecary and Jaye has been absolutely wonderful. I had a very slow recovery after giving birth and had to resume full-time work but in all of it the placenta remedies carefully prepared by Jaye helped me stay afloat and sail through a rather difficult time. I managed to breastfeed my baby throughout, and the remedies helped a lot when the milk supply started to drop and the stress levels / sleeplessness were high. I have followed up with Jaye to have other remedies prepared and she has always been immensely helpful in suggesting something that works best for you and the baby. Jaye is extremely considerate, easily contactable and understanding of your situation and offers excellent advice about the placenta remedies. I continue to use the remedies prepared by her and will definitely be staying in touch with her for more support.

Great service. We were worried that Jaye wouldn't be able to get to us because our darling little one arrived on Christmas day, Jaye thankfully was able to come and collect on boxing day. Capsules turned up the next day and I kid you not my partner thought I was on a caffeine high each time I had one! They definitely help and have been an amazing energy booster, essential - not for handling the newborn, but the toddler! Thank you Jaye x

I was recommended Jaye by a friend and she took wonderful care in making my placenta remedies. I had the smoothie, capsules and tincture and was really happy with all of them. My postpartum recovery was much quicker this time around & I wouldn't hesitate to use Jaye again if we have another baby x

I had my placenta collected from East Surrey hospital after an emergency c-section. The tablets were then with me a couple of days later and I took these for around a month. I feel they really helped with energy, and my milk supply. My milk came in the day after I started taking them, and I feel it was a good supply from the start. My daughter had tongue tie at 80%, and struggles to latch, yet at 9 weeks she is moving to 3-6 clothes and I feel the good start has made this happen.

After a potential infection with placenta for baby number 1, I was so happy to be able to have capsules and a smoothie for baby number 2! Jaye was excellent throughout process and also delivered a lovely little gift along with my order. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve gone to Jaye twice now, for each of my sons and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She offers such wonderful and flexible customer service and I love the products. For me the favourites are the placenta pills and the homeopathy, I feel they’ve made a huge difference to me postpartum. Highly recommend! x

I ordered the placenta smoothie and tablets from Jaye, as well as the breastfeeding tea, sitz bath salts, the perineal spray and a delicious selection of food. I feel that these products massively helped with my recovery. Jaye was wonderful and very helpful when answering all my questions. The food was delicious, everything was easy and packaged beautifully. I would highly recommend!

Jaye was absolutely amazing and prompt with the collecting and delivery of the placenta/encapsulated placenta capsules. She was very informative and helpful in deciding which capsules to go with. I will definitely be using her again for our second baby and would highly recommend her.
