Beautiful accommodation with high end appliances and TV. Lovely hotel style touches with complimentary toiletries and a welcome pack of chocolates. Comfortable beds and huge ensuite shower rooms. Open plan kitchen, dining and living space all finished and furnished to a high standard. All set in a peaceful location with stunning countryside views. Big shout out to Natasha for her warm welcome.

Couldn't fault the accommodation, 3 double onsuite bedrooms and a very comfortable lounge. Lovely grounds with a beautiful fishing lake. However the indoor pool lacked any safety features(no rings ect.). The depth was not marked and no warning of a steep shelf. It also needed a good clean(bottom very slippery).

Fabulous week at the farm staying in Koi Keep. Time spent fishing in the farm lakes, swimming in the indoor poor and generally lazing about. Lincoln was nearby and we spent 2 days exploring here. Doddington Hall was near. We visited the shop and had a walk round rhe fields but didnt bother with the Hall itself.Seaside about an hour away:Mablethorpe and Skegness sand and very cold sea!Hopefully whoever stays here next will use our castle tickets left on the kitchen table as you get a free return visit.Hosts were very friendly including the dogs who just bark to welcome you and then come to see what you are doing from time to time.Would be nice to have some up to date leaflets of ideas for places to go.We will definitely be back here again maybe next time booking two cottages and making it an extended family weekend.

Great outdoor space. My friend rented the whole farm for a birthday party. Proper country side living. Loved it.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We stayed in Lucy's Lodge, really lovely cottage, 3 big en-suite bedrooms, really spacious and clean. The pool is a lovely added extra too.The owner is lovely and friendly and their dog Winston was a big hit with my little girl.We can't wait to visit again, hopefully in the summer where we can enjoy the outdoor space, fields and fishing lakes.

What a lovely few days we had and a bit thank you to Natasha and Peter. Excellent communication before hand and throughout. Such a beautiful place. We stayed with our family in Carp Cottage. it was beautifully clean and all the extras was really appreciated, especially the lovely box of chocolates!! The pool was an added bonus which we all really enjoyed. Again really clean and a lovely table and chairs next to it to sit and enjoy watching the kids have fun. The open fields were great for playing catch with the kids and the scenery lovely. Our grandchildren loved meeting the three very friendly dogs. I cannot fault the place at all. Everything was perfect. Thank you! we may be back one day.

Had a brilliant week here. Such a clean and lovely cottage (recently fully updated). Pool was really good. Clean, warm and bigger than I expected.We felt really welcome and very relaxed. Will definitely go there again.Found lots to do in the area too. A great family holiday.

Chose this place as a last minute holiday choice. We stayed in Koi Keep which sleeps 6 in 3 twin bedrooms. The swimming pool was very good and only a short walk from each of the 3 cottages. Is located on a working farm so some mornings you do hear noises early. The crockery could do with updating and the cutlery is only just enough, but the farmer is more than receptive if you have any needs.
