We had booked a holiday for our boy whisky who dying from lymphoma. We wanted to make some last memories. We arrived Friday to the area and Saturday morning after a final run on the beach he went down hill very quickly. After a call to cribyn vets, we took him in and the whole staff were very compassionate and understanding. The vet took us into a nice space and gave us our options to which we decided euthanasia was our best and only way to proceed. The vet explained everything clearly and was very compassionate and understanding. Not forcing anything on us and allowing some of our family who had travelled up to come in and say goodbye. They dealt with the cremation and we arranged for his ashes to be picked up by a local family member. We received a condolence card which was an added extra bit of after care which we really appreciated.Thank you to the whole team you all made a very hard day a lot easier for us.

Arrived without an appointment Saturday morning as our dog had an eye injury. Receptionist was very helpful/proficient. Dog was seen promptly by Vet and nurse even showed us how to administer first dose of ointment to dog's eye. Highly recommended.

Comforting to know that the boss of our home is in good hands if she needs it. A simple enough procedure felt huge for me as my dog is my reason. The whole approach from Cibyn were sympathetic to this and made sure i was updated through the process. Diolch!

From the moment I called, to my last appointment the ladies at Cibyn Vets were the most helpful and kind and they made the passing of my hamster, Malcom, easier.Malcom was my first pet and I really had no idea what to do when I noticed he wasn't very well. The lady receptionist was extremely helpful in booking me an appointment the same day I phoned. I was lucky enough to be seen by a lady called Freya who was not only very professional but so attentive and kind. Hers is a name I will never forget.Every interaction I had at Cibyn, although short, was warm and welcoming. Even after Malcom's passing I received a hand written card from Freya and all the lovely people at Cibyn offering their condolences, it touched my heart.Thank you very much to Freya and all those at Cibyn Veterinary Clinic and the lovely lady who put Malcom to sleep. I really have been left with wonderful happy memories of him.

Would thoroughly recommend these vets. In our experience with them. They have shown compassion when our last dog had to be put to sleep, and so welcoming to our new dog who suffers from anxiety they give him patience and understanding whenever he has to visit. We are always made to feel valued and put at ease.

We are on holiday in our favourite part of the world and on monday night our dog Brodie ate very late due to traveling etc.About half an hour later, around midnight she started to act strangely and her stomach was swollen.I realised there was a serious problem so I looked up and rang the Cibyn 24 hour emergency vet. After speaking to Steve he confirmed my fears that she was showing all symptoms of GDV and it was an emergency. He met us around 20 minutes later around 12.30 at the surgery and after examining Brodie confirmed the diagnosis. He explained the situation to us, what the options were and the possible outcomes.A vetinary nurse also arrived and Brodie was taken into the surgery. We finally went home around 3.30am leaving Brodie in his care, knowing the details of the invasive surgery and that he was going to do his best to save her...but honestly believing I was going to get a call in a few hours to say Brodie had passed away.We get a call from Steve around 7am saying Brodie had survived the night and was now in post op.We got several more calls throughout the day with her progress updates and we were able to collect her last thing Tuesday. Our walking holiday plans have now changed a little but we still have brodie. We can't thank you all enough. Not just Steve for saving Brodie and being the hero of the day, but also the nurse and everyone else who came out in the middle of the night and everyone at the clinic who was involved in saving and looking after Brodie. And also all the other staff we've met who have all been friendly and helpful. You are all amazing.Thank you.

Great service of care. My dogs have always been registered with the practice for 17+ years and were well looked after (even vet visit to house when my dog couldn’t travel). Oscar loves ‘visiting’ when he’s back in Wales. Never a problem for him to be seen by the caring team. Lovely and clean practice too!

Our 4 year old labradoodle is a regular visitor due to his skin allergies. He is excellently looked after by the practice but in particular by Kes. At each and every visit he is thoroughly examined and we are asked for updates on his condition before he has his treatment. Highly recommend this practice.
