Really disappointing service...I bought a rear wheel on Amazon and when it arrived the cog was grinding and clunkingEmailed them...got an email back say 'ring the shop'So I did, and they sent me a rear cog and removal toolBUT the cog was jammed, I had my full body weight on the spanner (see video)Then I emailed them saying this they said ring the shop" > when I rang the shop they said ring back we need to speak to the girl (that Im guessing I was emailingI emailed about 6-7 times >>> Rang the shop about 10 times (got through about 5 times) Spent probably 40 minutes in total on the phoneThey offered me to send back the wheel for 'inspection' but that would have left me without a bike and would have cost me 50% of the cost of the wheel in public transportThen they just carried on ignoring me for a couple of weeksThen I put this review on amazon

Awful experience with this company. They sent me a wheel that I bought through eBay and the courier left it somewhere else instead of delivering it to me so yes that's the couriers fault but Baldwins was no help at all they totally refused to give me my money back and I had to ask eBay to get involved. Even after eBay got involved Baldwin's still refused to give me my money back because in their opinion because the tracking information said the item had been delivered ( even though it hadn't because the courier had left it outside somewhere and had admitted to this when interviewed ) they didn't want to know. They were extremely unhelpful and I was quite surprised by their attitude. It's safe to say I won't be using them again I'll take my custom to somebody who deserves it.

Hopeless! Bought a set of specific width mudguards online, wrong item arrived which are too narrow, have sent multiple messages and had no response, phone number just rings off. Avoid for an easy life.

TL-DR Don’t waste your time.Placed order on a Saturday via their website, delivery was expected in 2-3 days. A week later and the order status was still “processing” so I sent a polite email asking for an update. I didn’t get a reply, they simply gave me a full refund, so well done Baldwins you get one star for that.

Absolutely zero customer service.Don't buy tyres from them as they fold and twist them to put them in the cheapest box. If you complain, they just ignore your emails.Watch out for thier name on Amazon, as they trade there too.

I ordered a new tyre and innertube online and it was delivered the day after I ordered. Also I was having trouble pumping up the innertube it wouldn't reach capacity and fill the tyre. I emailed them and they asked me to phone and they offered good advice.My bike is now back in action.Thanks for the assistance,!

Ordered two tyres which were dispatched the next day. However both inner tubes were different to the size listed and I was refused exchange and told to just try them. Surely if the inner tube size is not important they would not be manufactured in verifying widths. Very disappointing customer service.

Ordered a wheel through eBay; order has been updated by Yodel as delivered. Contacted Baldwins Cycles on eBay last night as it has not been delivered and as of yet. I have contacted Baldwins Cycles through eBay and as of right now, I have still not received any acknowledgement of my query.I run an online store and know how to handle missing items but the response (or lack thereof) I have received so far has been non existent.I would recommend people check out other eBay shops before committing to purchase items through this company as if you have an issue, you will not get any type of help back.I will be updating this review as to any action taken by the company (if they bother to respond).

Bought 2 tyres of them via ebay which arrived 4 days late and the wrong size returned tyres for a refund but are ignoring all emails. Do not purchase from these they are not willing to sort out any issues you have and will just ignore you.

Really disappointed & sadly no excuse for it. 2 x inner tubes of really poor quality. No consistency through 360 of each tube, passable in places but huge bulges in multiple weak spots . Very unimpressed as a first time customer
