Very good place to have tyres fitted. Have a good range and t good value, but need to take advantage of their website to get the discounts, problem is their website doesn't sync up with stock whereabouts properly. Need to check with the individual shop if the website availability is actually feasible.

Knowledgeable, Professional and helpful. Price was reasonable too. Recommended for motorcycle tires. Only issue is getting hold of them on the phone. Took me two days of calling to get my biked booked in. I think the hot weather has all the bikers out and car drivers needing their aircon done from the look of the waiting area so understandable.

Can’t fault these guys. We needed a new tyre after a flat and they advised we get all 4 replaced. They showed me why and I was quite shocked at the state of my tyres, very pleased at their honesty. My clutch then failed outside and they let us stay in the warm with free coffee while we waited for recovery.Genuinely very nice people that were only too pleased to help. Very good price on the tyres as well. Definitely recommend them.

Took me work van in for MOT, sat in the reception, had a coffee from the vending machine, looked thru a couple of motoring mags, van tested and passed in 43 minutes. Result.

Car needed a wheel balance and one tyre checked as losing pressure.They balanced the wheels and found that one of the alloys was slightly out of shape, so the tyre wasn't fully tight to the rim.They sealed that as a temporary measure until I could replace the wheel.They refused to take any payment, saying that as the wheel wasn't able to be repaired fully, there was no charge, not even for the balancingIt's an amazing ethic and certainly contrasts with what most would expect from some tyre shops.Thanks guys, will return the favour and use you exclusively from now on.

On my way home from Plymouth to Bournemouth, I had a engine over heating problem, had to pull over, went into the garage reception, and spoke to Craig Ashmore to take a look at my engine, he ID a suspected thermostatic or water pump problem, meaning I had to use recovery to get home. They let me use their car park and shop to take refuge, very good customer service even though I am not from the area. Thank you Craig

Protyre Exeter were amazing! We were taken there after a breakdown. They had a good selection of tyres for us to choose from. They were very organised, efficient and friendly and quickly had us up and running and on our way. The coffee and snacks machines in their comfortable waiting area were also much appreciated.

I have only positive feedback about Protyres Exeter. As a young female living away from home I was apprehensive about taking my car for an MOT but the staff dealt with me professionally and friendly and explained everything I needed! They offered to check everything for me such as sizing, quoting etc so my dad and partner could know also! It really is a relief to have found a garage I can trust. I have recommended to my housemates who have also just booked in for their MOT!

If zero stars was an option that would be what I’d pick. Such terrible service from Protyre in marsh Barton. Spoke to the gentleman behind the reception desk and asked if someone was available to check over my tyres to see which ones required changing due to low tread and would then like to book in to have potentially four new tyres. The gentleman asked me to park by the wall and he would “be out in a minute”. I parked by the wall and waited 35 minutes. I had no problem waiting as it wasn’t a booked appointment, however some advisement of the length of wait would have been preferred. The same gentleman then came out of the reception area looked at me with a harsh look and then completely disregarded my presence. He then got into another vehicle and drive that into the protyre building. I then left. Terrible customer service, I will NEVER visit protyre ever again and would not recommend!
