Very disappointed with quality of workmanship. Red flag appeared when l was asked if they should just paint around or over a spider. Didn’t show up for our first meeting, was late every other time we needed to meet. New floor in living dining room is now covered in paint. Trim detail very sloppy, paint on glass of door, on tiles, in the toilet and sink. Bathroom and porch not done...l wrote the colour of the paint to use on the wall and it’s still there. Holes not filled, they have painted over screw plugs that should have been removed. Flaking paint in toilet not sanded, it’s now just a different colour of flaking paint. One piece of trim is two different colours, bottoms of doors missed, while front doors original red paint is still visible threw the one coat of black. Radiators painted badly, no metal primer was used to stop paint from flaking in future. Really disappointed given house was renovated recently. Manager did not even ask to visit to see the mess. Poor customer service which made moving into my first home purchase really depressing.
