Very rude asking where my mask was and I said I suffer with asthma so no need for one. And I was asked to prove it with card. I replied I'm from Wales and our rules are different and we are not given any cards. He said I was putting him at risk. And next time to wear a mask. He also said ur in England now so wear a mask. Rude old man

The shop is on the small side, so a limited range of items, in particular cleaning products and accessories. The staff however are brilliant, always greet with a smile and are very helpful in general. Upon exiting and wishing to turn right in a HGV, you can be there a while as its a busy section of the A5. Best bet is to turn left to the roundabout and go back on yourself.

Don’t use if you monitor consumption through the app. It doesn’t work and apparently never does here according to staff but will still take you through all the motions till you’re standing with hose waiting for it to operate.

Tea from the Costa machine was tainted with a taste of coffee.We changed to a different beverage.When we went to pay the assistant was insisting we paid for the undrinkable tea.This is the worst customer service from a major brand.At least it caused amusement to another customer who was behind.

A good place to stop for gas and other needs. The location is clean with great customer service. Picked up some coffee for the way.

Great customer service. Even though the pay at pump app didn't work the cashier was more than happy to look into the issue for me without even having to ask. Some people are just great. Thank you!

Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the guy serving today at 230pm. Was shouted at and refused service due to not having a mask on. Bloke was very rude. When I said that it was not compulsory he argued it was. So I left the garage.
