Daniel has delivered and collected a number of skips to us since moving into a new house 7 months ago. He is always prompt and polite, positioning the skip exactly where it is needed. Staff on the phone are always helpful and polite. You cannot beat Smiths.

From the lady in the offices who dealt with my million questions and my inability to read a map. To the 3 drivers for drop and collect. I have had nothing but good experiences. Everyone cheery and happy. Even though clearly busy happy to take 5mins for a chat. Drop off was always as said with phone calls to confirm. Always placed as easy as possible for me to get to as my house was mud court so quite a distance. Collection was always fast and reliable. Absolutely lovely company to use. I would recommend

It is not often these days that you come away from a service interaction and think it was a positive experience. I hired a skip for the first time in 40 years of doing up houses and expected a rough ride, but instead it was actually a pleasant experience largely due to the helpful and cheery drivers. Fred Rodgers regular visits Murphy compound in Milton Keynes and swaps our general and wood skips out. He is a pleasure to work with and always goes well out of his way to give us the best possible service. Excellent attitude never had any issues.

I ordered a skip on line which was clear and simple. I then rang the next day to ask if a door on the skip was extra, and as it wasn`t so the lady amended the order , she then arranged for the driver to call me when on his way so I could make sure the area for the skip was clear. We filled the skip the same day rang Smiths on the Monday and it was collected the next day. Superb company to deal with and very polite and helpful with any queries. I would have no hesitation to use their services again if needed and would highly recommend the company to anyone.

We’ve used Smith Recycling for several years. They’ve never let us down. Costs are very competitive and they always turn up on the date. Skip drivers are very polite and courteous. Daniel was really helpful this morning. Amanda and the admin team are helpful and keep you updated. Will definitely continue to use.
