I owe them. I had a great experience with them, especially with Sam Alves. He was friendly and respectful in dealing with me and he solved an impossible problem for me. I advise anyone who wants something to go to them and ask for help and I am sure they will. Thank you very much

Visited this place yesturday, after trying to contact them on the phone.Not the first time I've been here and am used to the very good service. they provide.My queries were particularly answered by a supervisor, but in such a manner I shudder to describe it for you.Very disappointed in the manner in which I was 'helped' but hopefully not a truly burnt bridge.

When I first approached ca I was told by the lady on the front desk the problem I was having couldn't be dealt with HERE ? After I spoke to a lady from the back office I was told yes were here to help so I explained my problem was told to bring information in and did but after quite a few visits I just felt I was left to kinda dealing with myself been told we need time to have a look at the information I'd provided 2 week past not a word went down again told the same sent an email got a response that raised more questions than answers look I understand that these organisations are really busy but I feel that they just forgotten about me !

I visited this advice centre several years ago because I needed legal advice. A local solicitor used to come on Fridays to provide people with advice. He gave me advice and encouraged me. I finally solved the problem, which negatively affected my life. My life improved after solving this problem. I am very grateful to them.

The best help what I have and provide all advice with bills, debts and foods or money or home.They are flexible and have good listening of the situation.And the location are in main centre of Portsmouth and accessible.
