A super friendly CrossFit Gym with a good variety of members. I've been regularly attending for 18 months now and can safely say the coaches are second to none. The recent refurbish is awesome, loads more space lots of new equipment and an amazing members area for socialising, stretching and mobility work. Highly recommended for anyone at any fitness level.

Like most other CrossFit boxes, a place that changes people's lives for the better. The coaching is of very high standard. Friendly, approachable, professional and safety above performance which is great.As a chiropractor I naturally look at athletes lifting technique and it pleases me to see that this box is a safe and great place to train. Here you strengthen your back, not damage or injure it.Nice variety of athletes as well. Young, less young. Very fit, getting very fit. When you join you're unlikely to be the strongest, neither slowest.Anyway, you always wondered what your true physical potential is? This is where you are going to find the answer.
