My husband has yet again being admitted with kidney stones. The 2nd time in 9 months. They haven’t done the operation they said they did 9 months ago and his information is a total lie. His admittance time is wrong, his allergy information is wrong, the fact they say he was given food and water is wrong. He has been on ward 36 since 12.17 this morning. He’s had no pain relief til 11.30 when he saw a doctor and he’s had no water since his arrival. He has just been told since he’s an emergency he should basically be thankful he has a bed and can fit in with them. After me getting peed off a bit they have finally put him on a IV drip for fluids. No idea when his surgery is and just told him that they only have 1 op theatre open on a weekend. Did they not know that earlier in the day? Or when he was admitted?? It’s a scam. It’s a disgrace and it’s disgusting. If you get on ward 36 and unfortunately get a nurse called Debbie I’m sorry I feel your pain

Can't say enough about how kind and helpful all the staff are. We have had nothing but a good experience with parking, service and care. Always a welcome cup of tea and meals made available to patients in their hour of need.Great!

Absolutely shocking service. Son has nearly died 3 times.Once in Durham hospital and twice at home. 3 Years ago Durham hospital referred him to South tees for a brain scan. It has been cancelled 4 times now. So heis not getting any medication until the out come of the scan

If I could I give 0 stars. I was a student there at this hospital, the way they treated me there was horrible. I was thinking about suicide daily. threatening to fail me following me to the toilets, staff were against me. I cannot stop thinking about coming there to talk to them how my mental health was affected. regret studying there.

Pleasant, clean environment in treatment room, waiting areas, pharmacy and cafe. All the employees were very polite and helpful. Car parking was easy to manage today, (no difficulties with parking, so be prepared or anticipate long queues).

Good experience, can't fault the staff they were perfect.

Staff.... including the consultant and all their team...are caring, considerate, helpful and reassuring.
