Their customer service is impeccable - this is a review from a really awkward customer who has no idea what she is doing but they just hold my hand and get me through the tangle of paperwork necessary for export/import and don't make me feel the least bit stupid! Come back to edit my review as it was not accurate enough. Michael was unwilling, unkind, impolite, arrogant. I have spent 2 minutes with a different customs agent and solved the problem. Earlier he made small mess ups that cost us time wise quite large. He’s missed out on communicating quite crucial bits of information.On the other hand Mel is an absolutely amazing team member you should highly value.
