Jungle Jacks Bouncy Castle Hire

Text 90 minutes before party to say he was unable to deliver the bouncy castle I had booked over a month ago. Thankfully got another company at such short notice to save the day for my daughters birthday party.

So happy with our service from Jungle Jacks! I’ve had bad experiences with bouncy castle companies before with communication but not with Jungle Jacks, they were amazing. Everything went perfect and my daughter had the best party! Definitely recommend the slide to anyone that has the room, so much fun for the kids!

It’s a shame to add another negative review, but having had a similar experience to others here it feels important to do so. Called up on the afternoon the day before party day and was able to confirm all details, which felt reassuring. Amidst last minute preparations for my daughter’s birthday and with an arranged drop-off time of 10am, I received a text at 9:33am to say the van was broken down, and they were waiting on a mechanic and looking to arrange a replacement. This is as may be (though I note the van seems to have “broken down” 3 or 4 times at least in the last year or so), but I’m afraid the poor rating here comes from the fact the company completely ignored ALL my calls and texts asking whether or not we could collect the castle or arrange a van ourselves, and I still have heard nothing further from them. Fortunately another fantastic company came to our aid and delivered a castle within 30 minutes of calling, so the party was not ruined (though it very easily could have been by this very late-notice issue). The gentleman who provided the replacement castle informed me that he has heard of several other customers being let down last minute by Jungle Jacks, and, judging by the other reviews here, I’m inclined to believe him. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Don't book. Let down on the day leaving a group of 50 children very disappointed. I had originally booked for the obstacle course to go on the grass but when the weather was starting to look bad I messaged and telephoned 2 days beforehand to say I wanted it on the playground with sandbags.Turned up on the day late and clearly without any sandbags saying that everyone had been asking for them due to the weather as he was wanting to put it on the grass but said it was too far away for his extension cable.He left saying he was going to check his store for more sandbags or ask a friend and would get back to me before our event started at 2pm.He didn't bother to call me back I just got a text message after 2pm saying he couldn't get any sandbags and that and adding in an additional extension would not make the blower powerful enough. A phone call would have gone a long way towards an apology but I guess he didn't want to hear what I had to say.A suggestion for the FAQ on the website would be that the electrical point must be within 20m of the place you wanted the inflatable put up otherwise it wouldn't work. I knew he carried 20m cable but it didn't mention that the motor wouldn't work if you added in extra extensions as I was armed with an additional extension cable to cover the extra distance.Also if you know there is a possibility you won't have enough sandbags perhaps let your customers know so that they can make alternative arrangements to avoid running the day for the children. Like I said, don't book.

Hired a bouncy castle for my party and they simply did not show up.Communication was poor. Didn't answer the phone or respond on WhatsApp. Not a realiable company.They gave the excuse of the weather, that to be fair was raining during the morning, but absolutely dry from midday onwards (all the party time)!!!!Manchester is always a bit wet anyway, so how come this could be an excuse?

Brilliant, highly recommend. We had a conformation text the day before and the castle was delivered on time the next day and installed within 5 minutes. The super hero bouncy castle with a built in slide was enjoyed by all the children and after the party it was collected at the time agreed. Thanks Chris!

I ordered a bouncy castle off this company months before my sons 3rd birthday. The day of my sons party we received a text saying that they couldn’t deliver the bouncy castle due to illness. I completely appreciate that people become unwell and things happen. I felt as business providing a service they should have arrangements for when this happens. As I scrambled around companies to get back up there was more than one place that said they get calls most week looking for a replacement due to being let down by this company.

Avoid! Does not turn up! Hate to give a negative review but want to warn others so the same thing does happen! The bouncy castle I had booked months in advance had been ripped apparently 3 days before my party so they gladly let me choose another. Lo and behold on party day his van wouldn’t start so he wouldn’t be able to make it. Thank god I had another company lined up from when the issues begun. The guy from the other company actually guessed that it was this company that cancelled last minute and guessed the same excuse that they clearly always use He said he gets at least 1 every other weekend so clearly not a one off. Please avoid so you don’t have the same stress I did!

Wow all I can say is Chris at Jungle jacks is amazing always putting the kids first. I booked a castle a few months in advance but on the day it was windy and chris message me the day before and I the morning to tell me he would have to cancel because of the high winds. I did ask if it was possable to add some sandbags to the castle be hetold me that even with sand bags it super dangerous. So he had to cancel but then rearrange a date with me and dropped off early morning and picked up in the evening. When I met he he apologised for the high winds which wasn't his fault at all. But the SERVICE WAS AMAZING. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any castle hires
