Rugged Coast Glencoe

Myself and my husband had never paddle boarded before and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Sian our instructor was brilliant at keeping us on the board with help all the way. Would definitely recommend a session with the rugged coast.

Had a great afternoon out on Loch Leven with a couple of paddle boards. The young lady who dealt with us (whose name I can't remember - sorry!) Was really friendly and made sure we knew the basics before we headed out. She was able to give us a few great recommendations of places to check out while we were out on the water.They had changing rooms and provided wet suits and flotation aids, and they were more than happy for us to leave our bags while we were out. Large carpark out front but we walked down to Ballachulish from Glencoe and it was easily done.The shop is attached to a hotel and bar so I'm sure you could stop for a pint once you've finished for the day!

Hired two kayaks for a couple of hours. Good paddle around islands then up to Glencoe and round bay. Welcoming and helpful advice about wind and tide conditions.

We had such and amazing time! The views are stunning and Rob was a great leader. It was our first time to try stand up paddle boarding.

My girlfriend & I went here on a nice sunny day a couple weeks back. The view was absolutely incredible, the instructor was both technically great and a genuinely fun outgoing person. This was my second time paddle boarding, but the experience here in the stunning surrounding (we even got to see a seal) compared to the local river is just not comparable.Absolutely would go again.

Great morning out! We were in kayaks, and Rob did a great job guiding us! He's very knowledgeable about the history, culture and nature of the local area. We borrowed all the kit — wetsuits, boots, life jackets — which seemed really high quality.

After a detailed overview of the session and a clear and reassuring safety plan, Siân took us on an amazing adventure! Her patience, smiles, fantastic guiding and skilled paddle boarding knowledge created a wonderful experience we’ll never forget. Glass-like water, hanging out with seals, blue skies and a dramatic mountainous vista…what more could you ask for! We will be back and we recommend this trip 100%. Kids absolutely loved it and genuinely a highlight of the holiday for all of us!

Had a great time learning to paddle board. Instructor Siân was brilliant, really informative and friendly. The scenery was amazing which was a bonus. Would really recommend it.

Lovely 2-hour kayak hire. The kayaks, paddles and life jackets are in great condition. We had our own wet suits.The loch at Glen Coe is beautiful. We even saw seals. And it's surreal being able to paddle, ankle-deep, in the middle of the loch, between the islands.The currents on the area of the loch we were in are quite gentle and were very safe the day we went.Highly recommended.
