Acceptable service and satisfied with price of product. However, postage is a joke. £5 postage charged for a bevel gear valued at £6 which came in a letter bigger than an a4 sheet. The actual cost of postage was £1.89 and while you have to factor the cost of packaging, it doesn't amount to £3.11 to package the gear. It is simply a rip off. £5 to post a package that weighs 78 grams. It was not even first class postage, it was regular signed for postage and came in 3 working days. Next day priority they wanted to charge £9.

If you want great friendly service and great top-quality products then this is the store for you. These guys don't stock anything they wouldn't buy themselves so you won't end up with anything sub-standard. Great range of G&G products, as well as many others.

Fantastic shop. Range of stock is as you'd expect, but the service far exceeds that of many. Shop assistants and techies are willing to help, knowledgeable, and very down to earth.I'll be coming here exclusively from now on for any tech/servicing needs.

I can only confirm what has been said below! What a great bunch of guys they are!I'm new to airsofting and i had a lot of questions to ask. I emailed Andreas and the knowledge and advice i got back was superb, He pointed me in the right direction which was based on my needs and not what would make them the most money!I had a query late on saturday afternoon prior to my order which Dan quickly sorted for me, just another nod to how good the sales team is.It really is refreshing to have a company who you can tell is genuinely passionate and knowledgable. Based on my experince i cannot recommend them enough.Thank you guys for making my first move into airsoft a good one!

The best service, the best support. Bloody helpful!!!!Actually I have to take umbrage with other reviewers there.My son and I are relatively new to the scene. we wanted to learn how to fix stuff ourselves. Chewie took time out to explain what might be the issue with our second hand guns. He turned out to be spot on.Since then we have returned on 3 occasions and have spent about £250 based on their customer service abilities.They would rather you try stuff out and decided not to buy something, than you spend money unnecessarily.However you do get a lot of timewasters and if you have no intention to buy anything that can be a big drag.Having said that, the first time we were there we didn't spend any money.I have just put my gun in to have a mosfet fitted etc and I guarantee it will be done professionally and they will take time and effort to explain exactly what they did so i can maintain it.Excellent work guys - keep it up!

AMATEUR AIRSOFT SUPPLIES ( and certainly not Pro"). Not impressed with the store unfortunately. Took in a very expensive GBBR model to be repaired (on the implicit word and reassurance from the engineer who stated having successful experience working on such models previously). This turned out to be completely untrue. Certainly all that was achieved was needlessly filing down internal parts on my gun

Great Airsoft store,I’ve been going to this store for about 2 years and never been disappointed when I took a gun in to repair the cost was cheap and it was quick. They even fixed my leak in a mag for free. 100% reliable would recommend going.

Great and friendly customer service, extremely helpful and they were very quick to respond to my emails. Item was sent out quick and arrived before the end of the week. Would absolutely recommend these guys and will certainly be using them again!

Went here after going to WA. Went back to WA, better stock, better choice, friendlier more knowledgable staff, spent £1000 + and got a discount without asking. I mean seriously...only one brand of gun to choose from? Also found staff very opinionated and stuck up. More like visiting a boutique than an airsoft shop...half expected to see naughty knickers on display. Won' be going back there again.

I never been to the physical store before but their website has a reasonable amount of items to browse and purchase.In my honest opinion, what sets shops apart is not by what they have as most of the shops all stock the same stuff, however what sets a shop apart is the customer service they provide before, during and even after sales of which I can say Pro Airsoft Supplies do.They were very helpful and friendly over the phone, updating me on my shipping as I was waiting for mags to be back in stock before they shipped my entire order out to me.I also had a faulty pistol (or so I thought) but one of their sales rep responded quickly to my email and gave me advice on how to sort the problem out and told me without hesitation to contact if I have any more issues.Thanks so much for the excellent service guys!PS: To all those negative comments, I can't say I have experienced what you went through because at least for me, the staff were very polite and helpful to me even after sales. There might actually be a possibility that you may have been rude first or may have set off the wrong impression to begin with.
