Booked a nail apt online last minute and was able to get an appointment. Staff were friendly, nails look beautiful and natural and reasonably priced. I'll be a new regular!

Once again a great experience at The Nail Bar London, Nimisha was excellent and was able to do exactly what I wanted for my diwali nails

I go to this place all the time to get my nails done! Hospitality is great and so are the nail technicians. I'm yet to get my hair done here but will definitely give it a try.As for nails I always go with BIAB! Keeps my natural nails nice and strong. The technician really takes her time with my nails and ensures they are perfect which is what every paying customer wants!Thank you nailbarldn! I'll see you in a couple weeks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had the perfect morning at Nail Bar with a gel manicure and pedicure. Madelina was patient and attentive, taking into account my needs. The owner was really pleasant and made me a lovely cup of coffee. Thank you both for a great experience. Regarding some of the comments below, something i have learnt when going to a place for the first time is, give them a chance, feedback pleasantly, bear in mind if the salon is busy. If it is busy then staff will be under pressure at times. Lets just be kind to each other!

I have been here a few times and wanted to see if anything improved over time or if other nail techs are better but unfortunately each time I am disappointed.It always seems so rushed. I enjoyed having the first nail tech who for once did not apply BIAB so bumpy like I have had previously done by others but smoothly over the nail and then she was told to go do someone else by the owner Henna instead of finishing me off as she was taking too long. Madalina took over but rushed my nails and she did not even make sure to do the basic and cover the free edge with colour so now that it grows out it looks like the picture. The service is so poor for what they charge. It is a shame as i see so many good reviews about nails so makes me wonder… Hence I came here more than once but I think I will not return again.

I visited Nail Bar London for the first time to get my bridal nails done and can safely say I would never recommend this place to anyone going forward. Whilst having a gel manicure and pedicure, the technician cut my cuticles so deep that I was bleeding on several fingers and toes, so much so that I fell faint from the blood, stress and stinging pain. The technician was apologetic and caring, providing me with water and fruits which I am incredibly grateful for as she didn’t need to do this.However the same can’t be said for the owner Henna. I was the only customer in the salon the whole morning and yet didn’t even receive a simple hello, smile or even eye contact from her as she walked past me several times.When I fell faint, aside from calling the ambulance, she did nothing more, and swiftly returned to the back room wanting no involvement in the situation or acknowledgement of my bleeding fingers. Once the ambulance had left, she immediately continued her social media posts of the flower wall behind me as if nothing had opened.Not wanting to put a dampener on my wedding week and having my bridal henna booked in immediately after, I left the salon hoping that my fingers would heal swiftly. Unfortunately they got worse over the course of the week, resulting in a swelling and infection on my last finger which was cut the deepest. They were extremely sore on my wedding day and 2 weeks later, my cuticles still have visible cuts and my last finger is still red and swollen.I contacted the owner, Henna, via WhatsApp explaining the situation and showing all the photos - giving her an opportunity to correct the situation and provide a refund. My first message was read and ignored, and the second not even opened.More than the situation itself, it’s the lack of response and lack of empathy from management. So like other comments, my review is more weighted on management and the general experience of my visit. If you’re going to step into the world of being a small business owner then it’s time to recognize that it costs you nothing to be kind, humble and empathetic to paying customers. Good customer service is not hard and a simple “sorry for the inconvenience” goes a long way.

I love Nail Bar London! They always spend the time needed to get my nails done. I love my nail designs so I always go in with some sort of design I want and I will walk out satisfied with the result. They themselves (technicians) are quite the perfectionists so if they don’t feel it looks right they will wipe and redo which I appreciate massively.Henna, the owner, is lovely she is always willing to answer the questions I might have and gives me sound advice if I’m not sure on what colour to use!I would strongly recommend them!

I absolutely loved my pampering experience at Nail Bar London, it’s my favourite salon and I love the professionalism from all the girls, they are all so friendly and love the quality of their treatments. They always make my nails look amazing and my blow dries are always fabulous! I don’t go anywhere else. I can’t Recommend this salon enough! You will love the pampering here!

I made a same- day appointment via Fresha for which I paid a deposit. I rushed myself after work and commuted a long way to make it to my appointment on time and when I got to the salon, I was told my appointment was cancelled and refunded. The nail tech kept telling me the owner cancelled and refunded my deposit but I received no email nor a phone call letting me know that they were cancelling my appointment. Fair enough, they had to cancel but the least they should’ve done is call to let me know … which is common courtesy. I was quite eager to get my nails done at Nail Bar but highly disappointed about how poor their customer service is.
