I had one of the worst eye tests here. I got a really uncomfortable pair of glasses and I had to throw it away. This optician is not perfect for getting a safety glasses cuz you don't get a chance to try the glasses before the proscription sent to the manufacturer, which means you have no chance to they give you a completely faulty result.The prescription is not precise and the glasses make me drizzle and nauseant during the work. I even spent more money to send the glasses back to the manufacturer when they said the lenses having the right prescription. I went to the Braham opticians and they said you just need to wear that for a while. I did but the symptoms get worse and worse. I test my eyes and get new prescriptions at another optician and all problems solved. I highly doubt the professionalism of this tiny shop.Bad experience, and the optician is always persuading me to buy a pair of new glasses.I don't know who will cover my loss and the glasses I got in this shop is certainly doing harm to my eyes.

I completed my one week work experience placement at Braham Opticians during the end of my last academic year when I was in year 10. The optician Dr Mohammed, the manager Sameera, and Anes and Lin were very supportive and kind to me, helping me build my confidence immensely. I really enjoyed that one week of work and I have gained a lot of experience with them and they have also taught me many things. They were so friendly I couldn’t have gotten a better placement elsewhere I was extremely nervous at first however they were so friendly it was hard for me to stay nervous and scared around them. I would like to thank them all very much for everything and I would definitely Recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Dr Mohammed, Sameera, Anes and Lin for having me I had a great time and it was a big honour to work with you for the time we had together!

Honestly overwhelmingly good experience with these guys. Managed to squeeze me in for a walk-in test, doctor Mohamed was the best i’ve had so far, efficient, professional and attentive to detail. Front of house staff all friendly and helpful. “Should have gone to Braham Opticians” all the way!

I brought my son Salah for an eye examination today, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The staff was exceptional, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend Braham Opticians to parents for their children's eye care needs.

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Mohamad Kazraji's eye optation. From the warm welcome to the thorough examination, Dr. Kazraji's expertise and professionalism were evident. His personalized solutions for my vision needs were spot on, and the aftercare service was excellent. Highly recommended for top-notch eye care!

My mum Angela went to get her eyes tested in Brahmans a couple of weeks ago and she told me that she had a great experience. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. You can’t fault them and my mum doesn’t have any complaints about them. The optician Mohammed did every test even the ones that let them know if she has any underlying health issues. She went to pick up her glasses today and a staff member saw her approaching the shop and went and opened the door for her. She is so happy with her experience she will be going back then when she needs to get her eyes tested again. Thank you for all that you have done for my mum

My whole family and i have been going here for years and we cant fault them. The optician Dr Mohammed is amazing, the manager Sameera is my favourite and Lin is so friendly too! Would definitely recommend!
