Adam and the team at Falcon Data Recovery managed to rescue some data from my old Drobo raid device that had failed on me. Incredibly thorough and professional ensuring all data was secure and I was kept up to date and asked about each step of their process before proceeding. If I’m ever stuck again they’d be my first call without a doubt.

Flawless execution of their business. My external harddrive with all my family photos on was damaged during our move to a new house. Not only was there no hard sell when I rang Falcon to enquire about the recovery, Adam their representive, never once talked down to me, whilst still explaining what they could do and how they would go about it. They even took on board my use case for my data (a Plex media server) and therefore didnt encrypt the data as they otherwise would have.I cannot fault them at all, wonderful service, kind and understanding staff, and excellent results. Professional. Organised. Efficient. A trustworthy company.From the very start Adam came across as very friendly and professional. I described the problem and he made me aware of the process. They arranged the safe collection of my drives the next day, (one that was broken and one that I had formatted to copy all the content onto) which went very smoothly. I like it that they could give me a fixed window of an hour for collection so I didn’t have to wait around all day. After a few days I heard back and I was informed of the problem and how much it would cost me to proceed. They have a ‘no files, no fee’ policy which seems very fair. Within a week they called to say they had successfully fixed the problem and could retrieve all but 20 of my files. I was over the moon. It cost me a lot less than I was expecting it to as well.The only point I got a bit jittery was when I was completing the BACS transfer and the bank flagged the company up as possibly fraudulent. But it was ok. I paid and I got my two drives returned with my recovered files. The return worked just as smoothly as the collection with them being delivered to my door within a set period. So all in all, a very easy process and a very successful job well done by Falcon. Literally couldn’t have done it without them.

We were delighted by the service provided by Falcon Data Recovery. Not only did they recover all the photos I had lost by accidentally formatting my SD card, but also they provided a really convenient service that enabled us to get it sorted during a busy working week. We found it so helpful that we could contact them on a Saturday morning and they even offered pick up and delivery in the local area which saved us a huge amount of time. Initially the price looked a little higher than some alternatives - but actually the alternatives all had extra hidden charges when I looked a little closer whereas the cost quoted here was the the final cost. We are very happy customers.

My pc died after 10 years of use - had I kept up with saving data regularly ? ..of course not !! Naturally everything was on my pc from 1000’s of photos to videos to accounts etc .Found FALCON on internet , Adam came & collected the pc & after advising on what data could be recovered & cost ,returned pc with all recovered data on a hard disk which I was able to transfer to my new pc.Cost was very reasonable for all priceless data recovered .You do need to be able to re-upload the apps you had on your old pc .In the end the only files lost were from a really old program ,

I phoned falcon after looking at a number of data recovery companies as I needed a couple of videos recoverd from a micro SD card,I spoke with Peter who was extremely helpful, unlike the other companies I had spoken with he was very honest with the recovery percentage chance, and he wasn't full of false promises.He explained the pricing clearly and there wasn't any nasty hidden cost,If falcon recover your data then you pay the price quoted, unlike other companies I spoke with the price wasn't inflated after knowing how important the data was to be recovered.The price is the price..if unfortunately like in my case they were unable to ( no fault of theirs in my case it was my mistake ) then there is no price to pay.This is a fantastic business model so you know they are going to do their best to help you.I would highly recommend falcon if you ever need to had anything recovered,They even send DPD to your home to collect your package in a secured box.Thanks to the team for trying and the great advice you gave me when we spoke..I'll always be happy to use falcon in the future.

Quick service and excellent communication: I was contacted regularly on progress. I got a full recovery of my data and the returned HDD was packaged carefully and returned th day after the work was done and I had paid.
