Practical AV is one of these rare finds among the AV professionals. From the initial contact to quote and the installation itself, they are pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Owen and his team are also punctual, flexible and very tidy. Practical AV has recently done our AV equipment upgrade and we, at The Priory Rooms Meeting and Conference Centre, were so impressed with the work that we are getting Owen and his team on board to service and maintain our systems, that include not only the equipment they installed but the existent one too.

As a local Church we were looking to renew and upgrade our audio visual system. Technology has moved on and we wanted a firm that could suggest the options we could choose from, supply the equipment and carry out the installation. I got in touch with Practical AV to request a quote. They responded promptly with an initial budgetary quote, which they later confirmed after a site visit. I found them to be friendly and helpful, and the quote was competitive. We ultimately opted for another company, but mainly because that company was more local to us.

Practical AV were brilliant and I couldn't recommend them enough. As a small church they were understanding of budget constraints, procedures and were flexible when we needed them to be. We had a projector installed, along with a drop down screen as well as some of our audio equipment being updated- which as all very needed. The guys that came to install were friendly, professional and so lovely to work with :) Thank you so much, the updated equipment has made such a difference

From the very beginning, found the company very approachable, very willing , and clearly taking our requests and needs very seriously. At all times they were efficient and reliable. Technicians who installed the equipment were very friendly , helpful. Clearly understood our needs and the task in front of them. They were very efficient, caused no disruption. Practical AV were brilliant. They provided us with bespoke audio visual solutions to our very specific requirements. We needed hybrid solutions including cameras, mics, speakers, huge screens and new / unusual technology for everything to work. They managed to achieve the lot for us, as well as further video conferencing installation in other rooms too. Highly recommended. 5 stars!
