From the minute i spoke to this company on the phone i have had an excellent experience. It was my first time using these guys and definitely will not be the last. Will’s work quality and attention to detail was worth every penny. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and i could not be happier with the finished result. Just wanted to thank will and the team again for such amazing work. 10/10 would recommend.

Will has installed a new roof assembly on our Summerhouse and following his superb workmanship we asked him to install a new PVC window in our Living Room, which is a very large window, and also new PVC windows with integral blinds in two bedroom bay windows. He has also installed a new PVC window and replaced all outside cladding of the dormer of our loft extension. He will soon be visiting us again to supply and replace a patio door and windows of our Dining Room. We would highly recommend Will, as he is very hard working, reliable, competent, trustworthy and very enthusiastic about his work and he is always happy to explain his process of work and therefore gives total confidence to his customer.Will installed the Patio door and windows in our Dining Room yesterday and again he has done a brilliant job. As always he arrived at the time he said, he worked efficiently and effectively with great care and respect for our home. He is a totally professional guy. We look forward to seeing him soon to install the kitchen window, the last window for him to do.

Excellent service from Pristine. Quote proved to replace old PVC back door with new door and glass. Will provided advanced notice of date and time to do the work and arrived as expected. Old door and all rubbish removed and work completed seamlessly. High recommend.

Highly recommend Pristine PVC. Had my conservatory roof replaced and couldn't be happier with the end result. Will is very knowledgeable with a great attention to detail and quickly answered any questions i had. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had our doors and windows replaced through a company and Will did a great job. Impressed with the work done, we opted to get our guttering, fascia , soffits replaced along with some building work which was completed to a professional standard.

Will is a craftsman. He's completed two big jobs for me now. Window and door replacements to whole house and outbuilding, including complex brick outs to conservatory and to 3 other windows to make them into doors. The second job was to fix an entire gable end with new facias sofits and dry verge around entire house, plus full rainwater goods replacements.Always ontime, always professional and totally honest. Very considerate of your property and incredibly tidy.I've already asked will to quote me for a third big job to re-clad our whole outbuilding.I'm so pleased with the quality of his work. Could not recommend highly enough.

This is the second time I have used this company. The first job was to fit a composite door to my house. All done professionally, and with no problems. This week they installed bifold doors for me. The weather was hideous, but they never complained, and just stuck to the task. I am delighted with the result. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Placed our order for a Chartwell Green composite door with Pristine PVC in October 20. Will came out to give us initial details, to take measurements and to talk to us about all our options. The front door was fitted in January 21 and we could not be happier with the results! Will worked really hard to ensure the door was perfect for us. Everything from the fit and seal to the craftsmanship is perfect. There were a few marks on the door frame from the supplier but Will pointed them out to us and ensured that the supplier came out to us just 3 days later to fix. They have been fixed and you cannot tell they were ever there. Will was extremely tidy and efficient with all his work and we would highly recommend Pristine PVC and if we ever have the need to use them again we will.
