Terrible service. In the summer I used to walk into town to post my parcels as the staff where more helpful, I only used this one for convenience but I definitely will not be doing that anymore. They never stick to the times on their opening hours which was also inconvenient too.

Love this post office....always friendly with a cheery word for all....even when it's busy. I love it when my parcels get left here instead of Nacton RD as they a bit mis in there sometimes!!!!! Will deck be going here with my chrimbo cards this year.....

A lovely helpful lady served me,...I had to phone a customer of mine ,to get full delivery details,..patiently she waited,as it was a sensitive order I was sending...in fact,...it was a funeral tribute made out of feathers,. When I handed her the parcel,and showing her a photo what was in the box .she saidit's as light as a feather"..in fact ..500 feathers in a wing shape...Brilliant service..thank you"

Absolutely rude, patronising and disrespectful. Made my daughter cry with his condisending manner. Would not help her track a parcel saying 'he didn't want to'.
