Really enjoyed starting my Sunday with Ben. It was my first ever yoga class and I felt completely at ease and well supported. Perfect for first timers because the moves are simple and the mat and supports are all provided. Thanks for a relaxed end to the week!

I started going to Ben’s class at The Old School House at the beginning of 2022. I was initially nervous, having never tried Yin Yoga before, but Ben was very welcoming and the environment was so calming that I was immediately at ease. The venue is lovely and Ben is an excellent teacher - always helpful and supportive. I have left every class feeling positive, calm and grounded. Thank you, Ben.

Reiki with Ben has definitely been a journey I didn't quite know I needed. Where I had a limited idea about what to expect from a session, Ben soon made it clear and I was excited about the practise. Ben helped me feel supported and guided within the session, he is intuitive and compassionate, so the practises really created a peacefulness for me after every session. The work is healing and you can take what you need. I have learnt a little more about myself too. Thank you!

My experience with Ben over the past few weeks has been an incredibly healing, safe container. I haven't tried Reiki before and I have been really receptive to the practice. I have been going through a bit of a patch but I feel so much stronger after the sessions with Ben. I would really recommended Reiki with Ben - Thank you!My experience with Ben continues to be profound. I have felt genuine shift in my life through being held by Bens practice. I encourage my nearest to try this there are no words to describe Bens Reiki practice.

Ben is a Very kind and warm person making this whole experience so welcoming and calming. I was initially a bit nervous going in as I've never had Reiki before but Ben immediately made me very comfortable. I left feeling very soothed. For me it was a lovely meditative experience and a great relief to just have some time to relax and settle the nervous system guided by Ben who was great throughout. Highly recommend.

Beautiful yoga class - if you are feeling sluggish after sitting all day this class is the one! Ben is a fantastic teacher - really patient, creates a calming environment and has exercises that are suitable for all abilities - can't wait for the next class!

This was my first experience of yin yoga but certainly not my last. The poses have just right level of challenge but also allow for great, meditative relaxation. I felt really relaxed for the rest of the day and that is no mean feat with me. Everything is provided and the instruction is clear and calm. Loved it. See you again soon!
