I wanted to try a different Garage for My MOT and Service this time as the other one seemed extortionate, hence, after a good research I narrowed down to Hookem's Garage and I made the right decision, was impressed by the professionalism and honesty of the staff. Ricky, was especially communicative and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was really pleased with the quality of work, the reasonable prices and their honesty. I would definitely recommend Hookem's Garage to anyone in need of car repairs in Hull. I'd say the best in Hull, going forward I am sticking with Hookem's. :X

Just had my MOT and Major service done here today. They fit me in last minute and were so lovely from beginning to end. Talked through my options as I had an advisory and they were in no way pushy, unlike every other garage I have used. Had the work done so quickly and let me collect my car the next day as I couldn’t make it before close. Will be recommending them to everyone and already have my partners car booked in.

Took my Audi for MOT. They seem professional and actually did the MOT real quick. It failed so it's still there waiting on a repair. I've every faith their prices are decent as they are the most reasonable in the area when it comes to interim or fill service prices. The garage is always quite busy which is a good sign. Friendly staff. Easy to locate. I'll let you all know how the repair and retest went!!They repaired it. Saved me some money by doing a repair in situ rather than having to fit an entire new part. Retested and passed MOT. Excellent service. Excellent prices. Well recommended!!
