Welling Fireplaces

This store is a little gem in Welling.We were looking for a stone on the wall for our stoves. We did not really knew what we wanted. We looked around the area but still did not know.We went to this store, there is very helpful staff that answers all the questions that we had. We bought beautiful stone for our fireplace that gentleman also cut for us to the measurement that we needed.Outside of the store they had recycle mantelpieces from old houses. We bought there our mantelpiece for even cheaper price that we offered to the shop owner. Can highly recommend this store - excellent, professional and friendly approach. The guys in the store are professionals by the name - they checked on my husband how he was installing stoves and had some advice to offer as well.

Not happy with the overall service. The salesman Eric got no clue re the fireplace/installation. He said he will call his boss every time you ask him a question!!! The owner and his installation team turned up at wrong time without informing me and they have blocked up our fireplace with no vent? I have asked them for the vent before but I was told this was not required which has caused more issue. I have waited more than 3 weeks for the owner to call me back re chimney work. Just paid other reliable builder to cap off my chimney pot.

Excellent experience with Welling Fireplaces! Worth much more than other big names providing the same service. Mal and his colleagues were very professional throughout, provided very clear advice and the job was done very neatly too. I went for a gas fireplace and received my compliance certificate shortly after installation. Would very highly recommend!!

Mal and his colleagues gave a great service in supplying and fitting the wood burner. He resolved a major issue with the structure of the chimney breast. I would definitely recommend Welling Fireplaces.

We used Welling Fireplaces some ten years ago during which time-our gas fire was fineUnfortunately after several years wear and tear our fire needed to be replaced - we were told wrongly that Welling Fireplaces had ceased trading so we looked elsewhere and were told that we would need to have our fireplace removed and replaced by another to accommodate a new fire with substantial mess being involved so we successfully contacted Welling Fireplaces who came to review our situation. End result was that we obtained a replacement fire ( with remote control) at a very competitive price and we are very pleased with service and product, extremely happy and recommend 100%.

If you want a fantastic fire and surround installed then choose welling fireplace ,they are great at what they do very professional from start to finish they have been polite, and genuine, we are very glad we choose them .many thanks to Mal and team.

We received two quotes to have work done on two Fireplaces. Welling Fireplaces were very helpful, informative and significantly cheaper then the previous quote. The work was booked in within 2 weeks and installation was first class. Everyone we spoke to at Welling Fireplaces couldn't do enough for us and we would recommend this company to anyone.

Welling Fireplaces installed a new fireplace and had some chimney brickwork done on another chimney in the house back in 2011.Recently our gas fire unit developed an electronic fault. Mal quickly came to the rescue. He diagnosed and fixed the problem for us, just in time for the cold weather.Great customer service and wouldn't hesitate to have work completed by them again in the future.

Wanted a new gas fire to replace my old one, but I didn't want my wall knocking about or any mess. Mal came & did a site inspection & showed me the fires I could have. I chose one, & he swiftly fitted it once it was delivered. It fitted perfectly & Mal had put dustsheets down so I had no mess. He tested the flue & gas etc, so I have total peace of mind it's safe.
