Easy to book an appointment for annual service via telephone. Dropped the car off without issue and then received a text when it was ready. Car was also ready ahead of schedule which was great as it allowed me to enjoy the rest of my day. Very welcoming and pleasant staff.

Mostly all good. A little blip to start with but soon forgotten as the process continued. Lots of patience when I had mislaid an important transfer document, but all sorted a few days later. Since ordering the car the staff have been excellent

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Drop off and collection are easy. I like it that I receive updates on my mobile phone on progress of the servicing and MOT. Also, Coupers message me if extra work is required and I am able to authorise any additional work on my phone. Pricing is clear. All round excellence!

My experience has been entirely excellent. I ordered my new car and was told it would be ready in 9 - 10 months which was good for my plans. It was ready in 6 but the firm retained my car until I was ready.

Coupers is outstanding. The Service department bent over backwards to service my i10 at short notice and at a fair price. The staff are all extremely polite and professional, but friendly and welcoming too. My i10 came back running perfectly and valeted - a truly excellent dealership which I highly recommend.
