Contacted Dan on 19/7 and he visited on 20/7. He very quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced the faulty satellite dish. Dan came next day to sort out my aerial when I moved into my new place. He was super friendly and helpful and gave lots of useful advice. He also offered a lot of useful advice around home cinema set up and I will definitely go back to him for more help with this when I am ready to think about set up. Fixed my issue there and then with transparent pricing. Would recommend!

Called PAS yesterday morning due to a defective LNB , expecting to have a visit in a few days , but had a site visit that afternoon. I was kept informed of expected time. Gave me a good quote once fault established and replaced in no time.
