This honey is beautifully light, the florals come through in the taste and it’s not sickly sweet, I have many honey pots on the go and this is one of my favourites. An excellent price too. My review is for the award winning runny honey.

I buy the honey when Nantwich Farmers market is on. I've never tasted any other honey like it. You can literally taste the flowers. Delicious!!

At the Shrewsbury steam rally there were a number of stalls. One of them was the Ellesmere Honey company beeswax honey and candles. I bought a honey jar from there and I must say that it's the best Shropshire Honey I've tasted .This honey is comparatively light and not very sweet . I'll definitely start having this more often.
