Would not recommend we book for hen night, didn't turn up when we phoned to query why we were spoken to very rudely and told he was running late due to covid restrictions which I contested as all restrtions have now been lifted. I was then shouted at by the man on the phone and told that we probably weren't going to pay anyway (we had cash waiting as we had all chipped in for the surprise).We have been met with nothing but rudeness and verbal abuse whilst trying to get our deposit back which one week later we still have not got. Very unprofessional people with no manners at all and extremely unprofessional using very foul language to customers. Dont waste your time or money. Go elsewhere, I wish we had!

Do not use this service.Booked for a hen party, after paying a deposit, to be let down with a no show.I rang up to be told they were running late.After calling back many of times i was still not aware the service wasnt coming. Instead i was spoken to and shouted at very rudely.I was then told i would be given a refund. However after 1 week i am still yet to recieve the deposot, payed.I do not recomend anyone to use this service.

I just phoned to enquire the opening times & Information, the gentleman on the phone just abruptly started shouting were not a club, we're not a brothel..!!!I was shocked & appalled,I then read the other reviews & it all made sense, please avoid these fools

Would be no stars if I had that option button, tried to speak to this vile company to solve a dispute, this company (Telephone conversation consist of them both shouting and been offensive then their hung up)took payment but failed to uphold there end of the agreement and failed to show up, SCAMMERS avoid business with this company at all cost,
