I live in Sweden but have a connection to York meaning that I do tend to end up in York during travels to England.Today was the first time I noticed The Biga as I laid eyes on the mouthwatering food found in the window display.Immediately my eyes were drawn to fried lasagna as well as the pepperoni pizza. The pizza was really good but the lasagna really stood out. Fantastic!!The woman working gave great service and the pricing was good!Will aim to be back!!

Perfect place for a FRESH take away Italian-inspired food (pizza slices, mini calzones, fried lasagne, cannoli, cakes etc) as well as hot and cold drinks, including Turkish coffee! Most importantly, there is always a FRIENDLY face to greet you and make you feel welcomed every single time you enter this lovely place!

The BEST little hidden gem in York. From pizza slices, cannolis, fried lasagne and coffee, I have absolutely loved visiting this place. The bonus star is for the personal touch with every coffee, you get a homemade fudge slice! Also, the owners are super super lovely people!

One of the best coffee, varieties of slice pizza and other delicious fast food point in York. A couple operates the cafe with the best service. Quenches your thirst and serves your meal. I do visit often. I recommend everyone to have a visit and experience an amazing yummy foods.

We popped in to grab two pizza slices for lunch to set us up for the day, we had 1 spicy chorizo and 1 mushroom, both absolutely beautiful and really nice touch that they ask if you want it warming up or not. Can't wait to go back again and again.
