We have placed a number of orders with the cakery now and are always thrilled with the products. When ordering over email Noushien is so friendly and very helpful coming up with different options when I’m unsure what would be most appropriate, as well as adapting the order for specific requests without any issues. Emails are also responded to quickly.The products are presented with such care and effort.Would thoroughly recommend

Noushien made the most amazing red velvet birthday cake for my daughters 18th. It tasted and looked fabulous, it stayed fresh for days afterwards. Would highly recommend The Village Cakery.

Noushien provided our wedding cake this September (individual 3 tier chocolate and Victoria sponge cakes), which doubled up as dessert at our wedding. We loved the fact we could use a local business that meant something to us rather than a generic Supplier. The Cakery met our every need including setup at the Venue and providing free-from-gluten cakes to meet our guests dietary requirements. The cakes tasted great and looked amazing! We often stop by the cakery at the weekend, there's always something new to try and it's great to see a small local business doing so well ☺ thank you the Village Cakery! Will & Sophie x

Noushien made me the most amazing cake for my 30th birthday. I loved it so much! She captured exactly what I was hoping for and it was honestly perfect. Made an amazing centre piece for my party, and tasted incredible too. She was lovely to speak to throughout, and the whole process was very smooth. I really appreciated her being so accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I was able to collect my cake in time for my party when I was stuck in traffic for hours on the way there! Thank you so much!

I ordered a cake from the cakery for my sisters 30th. I asked Noushien for a Kinder Bueno overload cake and wow, did she deliver!! The cake was perfect and expertly put together with a chocolate drip and an incredible amount of kinder bueno minis and hippos. Not only did it look amazing it tasted devine with a hazelnut creme and chocolate sponge. So happy and the cake was the star of the party!!

Noush made our wedding cake and it was so perfect, from the taste to the decoration. She went above and beyond, and a testament to her amazing bake was how fast the flavours (Victoria Sponge, Gin and Blackberry and Chocolate) were eaten, and the amazing reviews that followed!! I for one am extremely happy for the recommendation of keeping some to freeze as otherwise it would have gone, and cannot wait to tuck back in!!Thank you so much Noush, and I would recommend for anyone looking for a great wedding cake, and a baker who listens to your wishes, to go to The Village Cakery

We had a fabulous Iron man cake made by Noushein. It looked very impressive and tasted as good as it looked! Would highly recommend using for occasion cakes.
