Cannot praise the place high enough! They took care of my elderly dog really well. Fast appointments, super friendly staff, very responsive and thorough! The op my dog had went really well, with 2 follow ups. Steve was priceless even to the point where my dog was actually happy to see him after the op - of course liver treats played a small role. The best thing about this place is that they have plenty of very qualified staff. It's like a big family. Hoping not to be back but if I do, this is a good place to come back to!

I have an old dachshund who needed a lump removed. I was very worried he wouldn't make it. They did a marvellous job and rang me as soon as he was out of anesthetic.

You were not there when I needed you the most. As a regular customer when I call crying with a dying dog in my arms who has been having seizures for hours I expect a little more help and compassion than simply saying that you won't help or even advise me on what to do next. Very very very bad service and I recommend nobody else uses such a heartless company.

The 2 vets we've seen for our puppy check ups have been brilliant, really caring and patient. They don't rush you and they have clear affection for the animals. Really impressed with the whole experience. The receptionists are really friendly too unlike others I've experienced in different veterinary practices.

Great customer service despite being a busy clinic! They were very attentive to my puppy and took a LOT of time to talk me through everything. Feel like we got great care from them.

We really appreciate their care for our dog and helpful advice. Some admin/reception staff could be a little bit friendlier we had a few experiences where some gave contradicting advice about worming medication and was dismissive and rude to my partner.

Amazing staff who gave the best possible care to my cat before, during, and after her operation. They really went above and beyond my expectations, and its evident that they are really passionate about what they do. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. Thank you, Vanessa and team!

Hackney vets have looked after my dogs for 9 years, they are super professional and always have been there when I need them with great love and care for my dogs. Steve is a great vet and really gives great advice and vet care for my fur babies.
