After speaking in great detail with Christian on the phone, myself and my partner arranged a visit to the centre to discuss the possibility of contact sessions taking place. This was then followed up with another visit to confirm and go over some finer details, and we couldn't be more impressed with how the place is run. The centre itself is clean and inviting, and the professionalism and overall conduct of the staff is second to none. Christian has a very friendly and calming nature which immediately puts you at ease with him, and I believe we have made the right decision in choosing the AoC for our needs

Just like to say a massive thank you to Aaron Lawrence and all the team especially the wonderful ladies that wrote all my reports that helped me get me access to my son. Can't begin to show how grateful I am for all your incredibly important work you do to help people regain contact with their children. It's a great comfortable and warm environment to see your child highly recommend to anyone. I had to be supervised and had to have reports done but they were really supportive and welcoming the whole time. I now see my son every weekend thanks to them .

This contact centre has a safe and welcoming feeling and very friendly staff, unlike another contact centre I have used in the past.When I attended to make my referral, I was met by Ben Franklin, who offered me a drink and made me feel very welcome. Also was on hand to answer any of my questions with the referral form. He then showed me around the centre, and I was impressed and personally I would reccomend this centre to anyone. The centre forwarded my referral, but got no reply and contacted me and kept me updated throughout. Also resent my referral and did not give up on helping me. This time we had a reply and myself and the centre are now working towards my goals of initial contact again.I really appreciate the help and advice that I'm getting from the centre staff. ( Ben and Christian). They are very professional and very helpful. Highly recommend this contact centre....as they do not give up on helping you. Cannot thank you guys enough.

The ACC has a calming environment as soon as you walk in . The staff cannot do enough to help and guide you . This is an invaluable service to families and children offering a safe , reliable and totally unbiased place for contact, every contact centre should meet the same standards as this place !!! Can not recommend enough if I could give more than 5 stars I would , keep up the amazing work guys !
