Green Cottage Riding Centre & Stud
Would highly recommend Green Cottage for riding lessons as the staff are welcoming and show a genuine interest in both teaching and the wellbeing of the horses. The lessons are well run, with a balance of both enjoyment and learning - however you always get the impression that the instructor is in control and safety for both rider and horse is being considered. Whilst the lessons are held in small groups (between 5-7) each rider is talked to as an individual and taught as a individual, so helping with their development.

My daughter attends the riding for disabled at green cottage riding center. I've just accompanied her for the first time and I was hugely impressed by the efforts and assistance to hand by all the staff and volunteers. They were very patient and helpful while being assertive and in full command. Five stars all day long!!!

Great atmosphere, patient & kind instructors aswell as the horses. Highly recommended for beginners & more experienced riders. Nice off road hacking and beautiful countryside. Happy & healthy horses.

Green cottage is an amazing atatmospher, horses, ponies and staff have patience with beginner and advanced riders staff are so lovely and treat you like your part of the family
