Paid in full months ago and still nowhere near finished.Got to take Angela Parkin and Inhouze Dezign to court

Don’t yous this company iv been waiting since last March for kitchen to be completed Angela Parkin Hanseld me for full payment in February 2018 I paid in full from my bank I’m still waiting for her to ring me with a delivery date since August

Total nightmare used this company in 2015. Said work would be completed in 18 days took 105 after a lot of pressure. Had to get another company out in the end to rectify problems. Had more excuses. Was told by Angela Parkin that they did not like doing jobs for Joe public just liked working for upper class travellers . used unqualified workmen doing electrics I asked before they started work if workman was qualified and was told yes he wasn't, after lots of threats they sent someone out to recheck all the electrics the sockets were not wired in properly and had to have a new fuse box fitted. Work started in April and we eventually got our electrical certificate a week before Christmas.

This company and its directors are a total joke!We have pai in full for our oak kitchen and utility room with fitted appliances and granite work tops months ago, still isn't finished and don't looking like getting finished!Like that's not bad enough I have requested a copy of our paid in full vat invoice which was total paid on 3rd May 2018 and Angela the director/owner as total ignored our request, I have been forced to report In-Houze Dezign / In-Houze Dezign Ltd to the VAT department for this matter as I have paid the vat and can not claim it back as I have no invoice, this is against the VAT rules.I have requested dates to finish in writing and I have been ignored, requested my VAT invoice in writing and been ignored, so I hope further customers take note of this.Court proceeds are to begin very soon against In-Houze Dezign / In-Houze Dezign Ltd and others.***My advise is not to deal with this company or these people 100%, I'll update as proceedings progress***
