I went to Dr Kian on a personal recommendation. From contacting Jules, his PA to having the surgery was very efficient. Both Dr Kian and Jules are so friendly and approachable and all communication was responded to quickly and informatively. I felt very at ease at consultation and at the surgery, Dr Kian has an excellent bedside manner and is very caring and gentle. I was told breast surgery would be very painful by friends but I did not find this to be the case, I would describe as discomfort not painful and I think this is due to the excellent skill of Dr Kian. I would highly recommend Dr Kian for any procedure and if I have any further surgery there will be no other surgeon than Dr Kian for me. Thank you all for all your excellent care.

Also Jules - a lovely lady she helped me whenever i needed to ask after surgery. From consultation untill 6 weeks final check up i am very pleased with Dr Kian Tan and his team. For anyone considering upper eyelid surgery I can definitely recommend Dr Kian Tan at the Lumiere Clinic Manchester. I recently underwent the procedure, and throughout the process, from initial consultation to post procedure care and support, I felt informed and reassured. Dr Kian, and Patient Advisor Jules, made the whole experience stress free. The procedure itself was relatively short and pain free, and I am delighted with the results.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My journey with Dr Kian and his team was nothing short of perfect. I'm 62 years young and took the plunge to have my breasts lifted (without implants) They had become very saggy to age, breastfeeding, weight loss etc. After researching many clinics I decided to have a consultation with Dr Kian. His honest professional approach put me at ease, and helped me to decide on the most appropriate procedure.I had my lift 10 days ago and the results are amazing.
