The Big Manager Jo was extremely helpful. I had issues with filling out the form online and Jo took the time to do it all for me. Her customer service was the best⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very bad customer service. You need to wait ages to just drop a box as it is the same queue than people printing. Also this staff male was being horrible to the girl working there. Rude, condescending and disrespectful of the girl in front of all customers. Left without using their services, hope the girl is alright and leave this place.

Jo has an eye for detail and is a real credit to the Store.Good service and freindly staff who are always willing to help and are knowledgeable about products.Can often be busy at peak times if you need printing doing, so it is sometimes best to visit earlier in the day.
