great service and very friendly, we took our cat Harry and it is the first time he has been in a cattery , they have looked after him very good and he wasnt stressed at all , he came out a happy cat and we are happy owners. we will bring him again next time we go away. many thanks again , Andy and Lucinda

I viewed the Kennels recently. Sadly I will not use even though very local.What put me off were the following...No air in the KennelsApparently no other staff run the Kennels apart from Hisband and Wife.Dog walking done by family members only.DirtyI did not feel comfortable with it.

Puppy stayed for 1 night as a kennel introduction during our holiday to Cornwall. The gentleman was very good with handling him as he was a bit nervous to leave us and gave him a big fuss. When we picked him up in the morning he was very excited and happy, he was a bit musty but I expected that from a night in the kennel. He seemed happy enough to go back to the gentleman once I arrived so seemed to build a good little relationship in one night.It is cash only so don't forget your cash!!

Had my dog for a week. When I collected him, he absolutely stank or urine. He to be bathed twice and his collar washed to get rid of the stench. I can't imagine what sort of conditions the dogs are kept in for him to come out like that.

Disgusting kennels. We used these kennels as had left it to the last minute and were unable to use our usual kennels.Our dogs came back absolutely stinking, had to be bathed straight away. They have both been timid and cowering since collecting them. Obviously haven’t been walked. Very poorly looked after.1 star is too much for this kennels. Never EVER again will we use them.

Front of house seemed nice, but have to agree with the other reviews. We got our dog back covered in poo and she had an upset stomach for days afterward.

I have been using Manor for many years .I have boarded a very shy collie there and it was clear to us when we collected her that she had she had been well looked after .We now board our rescued little monsters there and they are very happy to go .We have always received great service and understanding when our shift patterns differ from opening times .Would not go anywhere else .

Manor House Boarding Kennels and Cattery
Had to use as booked last minute as we were going away, and this was the only place that had space. My dog was stinking, had to bath right away when got home. The guy there put the lead on wrong when we picked him up, I really don't think they walked him at all.Would not recommend to anyone, definitely not going there again.
