I wont not recommend this place. The chciken strips where like jerky , the chicken was dry and overall it did not taste good. This was from the party bucket we ordered. They also forgot our coleslaw.

Playing out with my mates in town and we decided to have a KFC. I didn’t want much so only wanted a snack. I found this popcorn chicken snack bucket which was amazing, quite literally! Surprisingly great quality and it tasted very nice!

my service was not up to par i did not appreciate the way the staff treated me for example there was no respect or kindness such as common courtesy like a “you’re welcome” back when saying “thank you”. when given my meal i found that the sizes were not proportional since the piece of meat in my burger was half the size of the bun. when i stood up to go to the bathroom i was aggressively told that the toilet was not to be used since it was closed at 21:00. i’d recommend to give proper training to the staff so they can learn to be more kind, and the ‘chef’ to make proportionally sizes of meat to the burger

Just popped into KFC on Leicester high street around lunch time, never again the service was shoddy at best, as for the food l had a zinger burger l think it was called and my wife had a chicken burger; both were barely warm with a piece of limp lettuce hiding below the chicken, both burgers look as if they had been thrown into the boxes from a distance, the person responsible couldn’t even be bothered to close the containers, as for the fries they looked like the had been cooked some time earlier that morning they were soggy and Luke warm, l gave a one star rating because the coffee was hot.

Worst KFC chicken experience of my life!!! I swear to God, the place looks dirty, the chicken they give you freshly made is already soggy, the chicken is DRY, so DRY!!! And the staff is not friendly and welcoming at all, they always look angry or upset, and I don't blame them, I mean I would behave the same if I was working in a place like that serving bad food in an unhealthy environment such as this one... Absolutely do not recommend it to anyone until they change things in there at least.P.S. I've been there several times hoping for something better every time but nothing has changed.

Ordered 4 fillet burgers via Just eat. The items I received were absolutely disgusting! One of the burgers had NO BUN TOP! The burgers in general looked like they had been pulled out of the bin! The chips where limp soggy and also just as disgusting. I rang the store to complain and I was told I could go to the store to take them back! Really! Seriously people, avoid this excuse for fast food. The product is appalling and the management's attitude stinks worse than the disgusting excuse for food! I will NEVER USE KFC AGAIN! THIS EXPERIENCE HAS PUT ME OFF FOR LIFE! £17.80 IN THE BIN! Never again KFC, the place should be closedown! AVOID THIS DISGUSTING PLACE, SERIOUSLY IT IS VERY BAD.

They are back again after huge maintenance. The food is very average.This is a very basic fries and not even tasty.They charge you for any sauce and there is no sauce comes with the strips.Overall, KFC Leicester is so overrated.
