Whilst Cheshire Laundry & Linen Hire started off well for our Airbnb property, the service and quality declined once the original owner / manager left. The issues we experienced were as follows:>Deliveries and collections were sporadic and often didn't take place, leaving us in desperate need of bed linen for guests - very stressful when we had same day bookings.>The quality of the linen was poor. Differing colours of white, mismatched linen (some with lines, some not) and very thin linen - we could almost see through some pillow cases provided.>The prices would be increased without any warning whatsoever, the invoice would simply have higher rates, and when questioned we could go elsewhere (which we did).> The quantities of bed linen invoiced were out of synch with the quantities used, in some cases massively higher.I wish I could be more positive for an independent business, truly I do but after suffering the above for a long time, we eventually did vote with our feet. I wish Julian and his team the best, but fear the business is being hampered by overlooking the very basics of customer service.
