Worfe Camping
We’ve stayed at this campsite twice now and think it’s fantastic. We love how much space there is between the pitches, and having our own compost loo, warm shower and washing up facilities is a real camping luxury (no trudging across a muddy field to shared facilities first thing in a morning is a winner for us!). There’s so much space for the kids to run around and explore, and the views while sitting in front of the campfire are beautiful. We think it’s great that the fire pit and wood are supplied as this is often an extra on campsites. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The kids particularly enjoyed being around the farm animals, especially the 2 goats. We will definitely be booking another trip at this site again next year. Thanks Worfe Valley Farm for another great stay.

Lovely little campsite with excellent facilities. Anne and Tim were super friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the animals and we all loved the sausages. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We had a lovely time at Worfe camping over the summer holidays. Ann & Tim were friendly hosts. Our young children helped feed the pigs, loved going to see the horses at the top of the field and made some friends on the campsite. The best bit was having our own toilet, (hot) shower and washing up facilities! There are only a few pitches and they’re spread out so you don’t feel on top of the next pitch. The picnic bench and awning were a great addition as it meant we could sit outside the tent in the evenings, enjoy our dinner and toast marshmallows whilst watching the sunset. Great location for exploring the area around. One of our favourites was Blists Hill, we spent a whole day there! We also liked going around the tile museum. There is a lovely farm shop nearby which was well stocked and served tasty food in the on-site cafe.Thank you to Ann & Tim, no doubt we will be back in the near future!Ken, Ivonette, Amelia (8) & Georgia (6), Cheshire

I have stayed here twice now and without question, Worfe is one of my favourite campsites in the UK. There is nothing not to love. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and ample. The setting is beautiful and idyllic. We only live 40 minutes away but we feel like we are a million miles from home when we stay here. With each pitch having a canvas cover and the provision of the 'Tack Room' (where there is access to a freezer, ice packs, fridge plus even a kettle and WiFi) camping here is a pleasure no matter what the weather! We plan to return annually and can't wait for our next trip

Tim and Anne were amazing hosts and made us all feel really welcome. Our personal compost toilet and hot shower were super clean and easy to use (Tim was on hand to show us how everything worked). We made use of the local speciality sausage/bacon and eggs from the farm which I couldnt recommend enough! There are fire pits with wood supplied what more could you ask for!The setting is lovely and peaceful so you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, an added bonus is there is a pub in walking distance (booking advised). We would definitely stay here again!5*

We stayed at the cottage as a family (two children 6&4.) Although the tread stairs are steep, our kids were fine with them and loved the whole idea are having their den upstairs. Tim kindly put a stairgate up for added protection! What a wonderful location with incredible views! The cottage had everything a family could need and nothing was too much trouble for Anne & Tim if we needed anything else. There was even milk in the fridge! So peaceful and plenty to explore for our kids who made friends on the campsite and with the animals too! We would certainly return to camp or hire the cottage.

Within a 4 week camping tour through Scotland and the UK we found this perfect place, a hidden gem of camping. If you don’t need electricity but would like to still keep the luxury of an own hot shower and toilet while being surrounded by nature and nothing else - this is the place to be. Anne & Tim are amazing hosts and lovely with explaining about their little farm. Our kids could join them with feeding the pigs and the goat and had a great time grilling marshmallows on a camp fire in the evening. THANK YOU Anne & Tim for making this possible ☀️

Without question one of the best campsites we have stayed in. The camping pitches are overly generous in size, with only 6 pitches in a huge meadow field with lovely views. It was luxury to have our own facilities and the tack room with a fridge, freezer and charging points. Good walks directly from the site and we were surprised by the amount to do in the area, we couldn't fit everything in to our 5 nights stay. Anne and Tim couldn't have been more helpful and they have a created a really beautiful site. We can't wait to return!
