DISCUSTING SEVICE! RIPPING OFF PENSIONERS!We called Wakering plumbing and heating to fix my nan's boiler. He turned up and told my nan he had fixed it after only being their 10 minutes. He then said that it would cost £40 for the repair, my nan only had £35 in cash and asked to pay by cheque, to which his response was if you want to pay by cheque then the price goes up to £48 which she paid.After he had left she realised that the boiler was still not working and phoned me. I went round hers to see what he had done and took off the cover to the boiler to find it was completely untouched you could tell it was untouched by the amount of dirt in the boiler. The nozzles had become blocked with dirt over the years and needed a clean but he couldn't even be bothered to do this, just charged her for nothing and said she will need a new boiler. Avoid this shark firm.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. It's a family business and they actually care about their customers.Give them a call before you try elsewhere.
