Good range of stuff on display and good quality bathroom suites. Less expensive than most places and nice to be able to see things rather than order blind on internet. Knowledgable friendly staff.

Good choice of bathroom items, units,sinks,taps, mirrors etc. Staff are really helpful and prices are good. Only open three times a week at the moment so can get quite busy but worth the wait.

Have used Morris and Turner's many times the staff are always helpful and try to find the best deal available,the quality of merchandise is always top notch ,there is always something you can add to your home.

Very poor service from starting in June 2019. Quick to take your money the products were not fit for purpose after sales support by the branch manager is appalling. Waiting for a refund for a month with all excuses. Now on the third attempt from their card machine. The branch manager recommended a fitter, his workmanship is dreadful and I have had to refit pretty much everything.I would avoid this place. I feel I have wasted over £5000

Bad customer serviceIn November, we purchased a £300 Aqualisa shower. We discovered we were given a much cheaper model than what we had ordered. We visited the showroom and explained what had happened. We were assured that it would be dealt with. After numerous phone calls, our worst fears were realised, they weren't prepared to refund us the difference because they said we had to notify them within 48hrs of delivery and they denied all knowledge of our conversations. We will not be using this company again.

Purchased a £2,700 electric fireplace, advice given was that I could easily install myself. On installation I could not get it to fit together, one of the panels appeared to have been manufactured to the wrong size. On calling the store I was met with I must be wrong as the manufacturers could not have made a mistake. I had to take photos, go into the store, ask them to take the top of the showroom model to confirm my suspicions and show them the difference. They then had to send out an installer to “check” what I was saying. Only then did they acknowledge the issue and order a replacement part. I ended up paying an installer £350 to install which I was not expecting as the installation advice given by the store was very different to the installer. Will spend my money elsewhere next time
