Richard from Nexus IP was very helpful and professional in sorting out a problem we had with our Yealink phone .We were unable to repair the phone remotely after several attempts Richard determined that the phone had a hard wear problem and it should be sent to them for repair.The phone was sent to Nexus for repair and was returned a few days later working perfectly.I would have no hesitation to recommend Nexus for any IT problems in the future.

We first met Nexus when they supplied an Ultrafast internet connection to a business unit next door. We were sharing the connection, but we decided it would be better to have our own. Nexus helped us choose the most appropriate internet connection and bandwidth for our business, and we ultimately decided on a superfast Virgin Media leased line with headroom for bandwidth expansion to meet our future needs.The Nexus team was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They took the time to understand our needs and make sure that we got the right solution. They were also very responsive to our questions and concerns.The network installation was a bit challenging, as the network engineers could not agree on the best route into our building. However, Nexus was able to escalate the matter with the network and get the issue resolved quickly.We are very happy with our new internet connection.
