Brampton Picture Framing

I used to use a different company, it was only out of habit as they were the first ones I found on a Google search that did custom frames and mounts when I got my first autographed picture. I then continued to use them until, strangely, they stopped doing frames and now only mounts.Quality and not money is usually my first consideration when needing a frame. I tend to look at reviews and found Brampton Picture Framing were highly regarded.I sent for my first frame from them which was quite large, it needed to have 5 apertures of different sizes in the mount for my 32 England test match cricket captains autographs. I just gave them the size of the 5 items I wanted in the frame, their placement, picked the frame and mount colour, and they did all the work to ensure it all fitted neatly within a frame. They even sent me a preview and a quote and I ordered it immediately.It turned out absolutely beautifully and the price was amazingly good considering the customer service I received, and the qality of the finished product, especially as I had also selected conservation glass and mount boards.Since then I came into possession of more autographed photographs and there was only one place to go for the frames. I bought fourteen more frames over the past couple of years from Brampton and they all arrived perfect, and again were made perfectly.Today, my latest one arrived, one which was made for the beautiful Lily James as Cinderella.The phrase 'Rip off Britain' is often used to describe a lot of things in this country and it can be true. But customer service is such an important part of any association between customer and company, that it can often be a factor in whether a customer returns or not, price of goods notwithstanding. I have found the customer service of this company to be above and beyond, they basically designed my frames and mounts for me. On top of that the frames I have purchased are superb.I will never use another supplier from now on. There is no need and certainly no point.

The choice to use Brampton Picture Framing was a simple one to make after hours of research. Firstly their online design tools were easily accessible and straightforward to use from the onset. Secondly to that was the diverse range of bespoke mount colours required to suit personal aesthetics. Thirdly, logistical costs were a fraction of that offered and concealed by other online competitors and their couriers. On receiving the items I must give full credit for both the 24 hour service of delivery and detail to the security of packaging. The ineffable craftsmanship and professionalism received with warmth and gratitude. Highly recommended.

A very good service. I tried using their online tool to cost a job with my particular specifications, but couldn't make sense of it, so I emailed them directly. After we'd exchanged emails a bit I was confident I'd be getting what I wanted, so I ordered. The order arrived shortly afterward - all good, plus quite a bit cheaper than other companies I'd looked at would have charged me. Recommended.
