I have rented from this agency almost for 8 years . never had single problem. Simon is very professional person. Carley is the best agent to deal with . both are very helpful. and responsive. when needed. I feel lucky I rented from them.

With them for six years and always there for anything we needed and so friendly. Helped us find our new ideal home we are so great full.

Simon and his team are amazing. We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!!

Not a great experience communication was none existing.

Simon & Co were extremely helpful during our time privately renting through them. They resolved any issues we had immediately and were always at hand if we needed them. I highly recommend them.

Great experience selling my house in Desborough. Really knowledgeable local agent, who is on the ball and knows what is going on in the immediate local market. The price it was listed at exceeded what I expected, and then the sale price was more than that too, so I am happy all round. Excellent team.

Poor communication. they left me for 6 days waiting for a booking for a rented property and they never even bothered to call me back to say that the landlord had found someone else. I got a call back from Simon himself after I've emailed them and left a voice message and he pretty much blames me for not emailing information even though I spoke to someone called Carly who took all my information and told me to wait for her to contact the tenants and would call me back asap. very very poor communication very very poor customer service wouldn't recommend these guys to organise anything.To be told i have a lack of understanding.... When my review is true and fair that your communication with me was poor and you only contacted me because i contacted you via phone and email, seems to me i am still to blame for your lack of contact regardless the out come. I appreciate you work 7 days a week yet i was still forgotten about and can only express my customer experience with simon and co.

Everyone at Simon and co is incredibly professional. We have nothing but good things to say about the team and the service we have received through them.They always go above and beyond and their levels of customer service are top. They have helped me and my partner so much we would always look to use them and would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in Rothwell or desborough.
